Religious Education Form(s)

Please print the religious education registration form and return with your payment to the parish office by mail, drop it in the collection bag at Mass labeled RE or hand deliver it to the parish office during office hours. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the parish office at 401-568-2411.  NO CHILD will be denied due to financial circumstances.
